Our prices include your bed linen, guest towels and all utilities (eg. wi-fi, laundry room, electricity etc) so there are no hidden extras.

Change-over days are typically Saturday and during the low and mid seasons it is possible to book short-term breaks or longer lets. We are always happy to discuss alternative dates for out of high / peak season enquiries.

On making a booking we will send you our full terms and conditions, booking form, and invoice. There is a 25% deposit required on booking.

Low season :
November to March: 400€ per week.
Mid season: From April to mid-June and from September to October:
600€ per week.
High season : From mid-June to the end of August:
800€ per week.
Overnight stay:
90€ with a minimum of 3 days.

For rentals in winter, a 10% supplement is requested for heating.
