Nestling in the heart of the Loire Valley, in a UNESCO region of outstanding beauty, lies the peace and tranquillity of Les Gîtes des Guissinnières ... a charming arrangement of beautifully presented, individual, holiday gites that are ideally located for enjoying all that this magnificent region has to offer ... or to simply relax and do nothing!

The Properties
Our gites at Les Gîtes des Guissinnières include two lovely, individual, one-bedroom gites which adjoin our master three-bedroom house. Forming part of a traditional twin longere, this former farm house has been lovingly and tastefully restored to provide excellent accommodation. Because of the layout of La Rue Vaslin, accommodation can be provided from 2 to 3 persons.

Each property is beautifully-presented and has its own private garden area, giving a good degree of privacy. There are also communal gardens, and a fabulous 11 x 5m pool with a large south-facing sun terrace.
Our properties are fully prepared for your arrival and all feature free wi-fi, dishwasher and shared laundry room. We have a free parking for one vehicle, in the courtyard, near the gîtes.
La Vieille Maison des Guissinnières
La Vieille Maison des Guissinnières is the 'Old House'. Beautifully-presented this it retains much of its original charm and character, with features including the original beams and bread oven. Vieille Maison is located on the ground floor and offers a spacious open plan lounge / diner / kitchen with doors that lead out to its private garden area. It also features a wonderfully large (super-king-size) bedroom with a good sized en-suite shower room.
Le Grenier des Guissinnières
Le Grenier des Guissinières is the old grain store which is now a beautifully-presented apartment-style gite which combines traditional features with contemporary styling. Accessed by its own external stairs that lead into its kitchen / diner, it features a large lounge and charming double bedroom with a spacious shower room.
