Our prices include your bed linen, guest towels and all utilities (eg. wi-fi, laundry room, electricity etc) so there are no hidden extras.
Change-over days are typically Saturday and during the low and mid seasons it is possible to book short-term breaks or longer lets. We are always happy to discuss alternative dates for out of high / peak season enquiries.
On making a booking we will send you our full terms and conditions, booking form, and invoice. There is a 20% deposit required on booking.
Prices are based in UK Sterling but we also accept payment in Euros at current exchange rates. Pets are welcomed at our discretion at a charge of £50 per pet. There is also a charge made of £35 for the use of the sofa / additional bed.
